Animal Protection Act Article 22-3
22-3.1 Vendors in pet food manufacturing, processing or importation business shall file for record with the central competent authority the type of pet food handled.22-3.2 The central competent authority shall formulate regulations governing the type of pet food subject to filing for record, and the content, format, deadline, procedure and other aspects about the filing.

寵物食品製造、加工或輸入業者，應就所營之寵物食品向中央主管機關申報。
前項業者應申報之寵物食品種類、申報內容、方式、期限、程序、其他相關管理事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
