Animal Industry Act Article 35

The National Animal Industry Foundation may organize a raw milk price appraisal committee to set the acquisition price for reference by the dietary manufacturers. The price shall be reported to the competent central authority and announced upon approval of the competent central authority.The central competent authority shall designate or establish a raw milk testing laboratory to provide the basis for settlement of the dispute over the raw milk quality between milk producers and dairy product manufacturers.
