Regulations for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Indian Ocean for Fishing Operation Article 49-1
Carrier vessels of the Republic of China shall stow catch by fishing vessels transshipped, and shall develop a stowage plan for inspection which truthfully indicates name of each fishing vessel as well as the location and weight of bigeye tuna, yellowfin tuna, albacore tuna, and oil fish catch.
