Regulations for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Indian Ocean for Fishing Operation Article 22-1

Fishing vessels shall not use or install surface or submerged artificial lights for the purpose of aggregating fish, and shall not intentionally conduct fishing activities around any drifting fish aggregating device or vessel equipped with artificial lights for the purpose of attracting fish.Fishing vessels shall not use aircrafts or unmanned aerial vehicles as fishing aids.
