Regulations for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Atlantic Ocean for Fishing Operation Article 19-1
For any tuna longline fishing vessel fishing in the Atlantic Ocean with the majority of hooks at a depth shallower than 100 meters, one of the following mitigations measures shall be used:(1) Large circle hooks; or(2) Fishes except for Cephalopods species to be used as baits.The large circle hooks as referred to in the preceding paragraph are hooks that are above 3 inches and are circular or oval in shape. The point is turned perpendicularly back to the shank. These hooks shall have an offset not to exceed 10 degrees.

鮪延繩釣漁船於大西洋海域，以深度小於一百公尺之淺層下鉤方式作業，應使用下列忌避措施之一：

前項所稱大型圓形鉤，指該鉤具為三吋以上，其設計及製造形狀為圓形或橢圓形，釣鉤尖端垂直向鉤柄彎入，與鉤柄之偏移角度不超過十度。
