Regulations for Tuna Longline or Purse Seine Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Pacific Ocean for Fishing Operation Article 18-1
Where a catching vessel with a distant water fisheries permit to operate in the Pacific Ocean changes its distant water fisheries operator or GT, it shall, after obtaining the approval for reissuance of its fishing license, submit documents proving the clearance of fish holds and return the originally-issue certificate of distant water fisheries permit, before applying to the competent authority for the issuance of a permit reflecting the change of operator or GT.
