Enforcement Rules of the Fisheries Act Article 22

Fishing right license shall be invalid simultaneously upon the expiration of its authorized period. If there is any intention to continue the fishery operation, the renewal of fishing right license shall be applied within six months prior to its expiration.When the aforementioned license becomes invalid, such effect shall apply to the corresponding fishing right fishery simultaneously.
