Fisheries Act Article 69-2
From 1 January 2009 till this Act amended on 22 January 2015 becomes effective, during which foreign crew members employed y fishery operators do not possess national health insurance cards, such foreign crew members are exempted from Article 9 of the National Health Insurance Act.
