Fisheries Act Article 52
For the purpose of fisheries financing, the competent authority shall, in conjunction with the authorities concerned, consult with financial institution(s) about providing various fishery loans.The financial and the fisheries competent authorities may, when necessary, approve the establishment of fisheries financial institution(s).
