Fisheries Act Article 41-1
The inspection, measurement, certified number of passengers, navigable waters, and other requirements for full-time or part-time recreational fishing vessels shall be subject to the regulations prescribed by the shipping administration authority on passenger ships and passenger small ships.Any recreational fishing vessels shall not carry passengers in excess of the number certified pursuant to the preceding paragraph, and shall not carry passengers outside the navigable waters as specified pursuant to the preceding paragraph.

專營或兼營娛樂漁業漁船之檢查、丈量、核定乘客定額、適航水域及應遵守事項，應依航政機關有關客船或載客小船規定辦理。
娛樂漁業漁船搭載乘客不得超過依前項核定之乘客定額，並不得在依前項核定適航水域以外之水域搭載乘客。
