Fisheries Act Article 19
Any fishermen’s association or fishery production cooperative approved to operate exclusive fishing right shall draft rules on fishing access and report to the competent authority for approval.Fishing access undertaken by any non-member of a fishermen’s association or fishery production cooperative shall also be concluded by a contract.

經核准經營專用漁業權之漁會或漁業生產合作社應訂定入漁規章，並報請主管機關核定。
