Fishermen Associations Act Article 30
The General Members (Representatives) Meeting shall be the body of the supreme power of a fishermen association. During its recess, the board of directors shall design and plan the association’s business operations in accordance resolution(s) adopted by the General Members (Representatives) Meeting, and the board of supervisors shall oversee the association’sbusiness operations and finance.
