Regulations on the Management of Crew Members of Fishing Vessels Article 9
Any ordinary crew shall be at least 16 years of age. However, he/she that works onboard a distant water fishing vessel shall be at least 18 years of age.Any officer shall be at least 18 years of age.For any ordinary crew that is less than 18 years of age, the working hours shall be after the sunrise and before the sunset.

普通船員應年滿十六歲。
但在遠洋漁船工作者，應年滿十八歲。
幹部船員應年滿十八歲。
未滿十八歲之普通船員，其工作時間應為日出後、日沒前。
