Regulations on the Management of Crew Members of Fishing Vessels Article 18
For any application of internship on a fishing vessel, the school or training institute concerned shall tabulate the applications and submit to the municipal or county (city) competent authority which is commissioned by the central competent authority and which is the registry of the said fishing vessel, for the issuance of Fishing Vessel Intern Crew Identification with a prescribed validity period.

申請上漁船實習者，應由所屬學校或訓練機構統一造冊，向中央主管機關委託之漁船船籍所在地直轄市或縣（市）主管機關申請核發一定期限之實習漁船船員手冊。
