Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Saury Fishery in North Pacific Ocean Article 39
A distant water fisheries operator of any saury fishing vessel shall, within 60 days after the completion of sale or landing, submit sales or inventory information to the competent authority. The sales information shall at least include buyer(s), fish species and quantities.
