Regulations for the Issuance of Building Permit and Fishing License of Fishing Vessel Article 8

In case of loss of a fishing vessel, the fishery operator shall apply for the revocation of the fishing license with enclosure of certifying document(s), document(s) issued by the navigation authority certifying the cancellation of vessel registration, and the original fishing license.The competent authority shall cancel the fishing license in case of the forfeiture, confiscation, or export of the fishing vessel.
