Regulations for the Issuance of Building Permit and Fishing License of Fishing Vessel Article 25-4

For any fishery operator that has been approved to operate additional fishery type(s) in accordance with Article 25-3 for three years or above, he/she may apply for reserving one main fishery type and cancelling other type(s), and may reserve the replacement qualification(s) of the cancelled fishery type(s), the replacement tonnage(s) of which shall be the same as the one(s) of the original fishing vessel.In case of the loss of a fishing vessel which has been approved to operate additional fishery type(s) in accordance with Article 25-3, an application may be filed to reserve the replacement qualifications of the respective fishery type.
