Regulations for the Fishing Operations of Coastal and Offshore Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Article 21
Captains of tuna longline fishing vessels shall fill in and submit landing declarations in accordance with the Regulations for the Submission of Landing Declarations by Coastal and Offshore Fishing Vessels.Any tuna longline fishing vessel with a distant water fisheries permit obtained in accordance with the Act for Distant Water Fisheries that lands in a port shall apply for the approval and submit the landing declaration pursuant to the Regulations for Tuna Longline or Purse Seine Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Pacific Ocean for Fishing Operation.
