Act Governing the Investment and Operation of Non-Republic of China (ROC) Flagged Fishing Vessels Article 5
Any person who obtains the authorization in accordance with Article 4 shall make regular reports of data relating to fishing operations to the competent authority.The period, types, content, manner, and other matters relating to the reporting of data as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the competent authority.
