The Enforcement Rules for the Forestry Act Article 14
If a forest owner needs to use another’s land for transporting forest equipment or assets in accordance with Article 20 of this Act, the owner shall detail the grounds and file the following information with the government agency for mediation in conjunction with relevant local authorities:1. Application plan;2. Location map of land;3. Area required;4. Usage period;5. Name and address of the landowner or the party of other rights;6. Current status of the land and whether there are fixed objects; and7. Development of negotiations.
中文原文 森林法施行細則第14條
森林所有人依本法第二十條規定因搬運森林設備、產物等使用他人土地之必要，報請主管機關會同地方有關機關調處時，應敘明理由並載明下列事項：
一、使用計畫。
二、使用土地位置圖。
三、使用面積。
四、使用期限。
五、土地所有人或他項權利人之姓名、住址。
六、土地之現狀及有無定著物。
七、協商經過情形。
