The Enforcement Rules for the Forestry Act Article 10
Whenever punitive actions of limitation or prohibition are to be imposed by competent authorities according to Article 11 of this Act, they shall be duly promulgated, and notice shall be served to the forest owner, landowner and parties of other land rights.
