Administrative Regulations For Food Dealers Article 11

Food dealer and its branches which have suspended business for a month or more shall apply business suspension registration prior to suspending business, and shall apply for business resume registration before the resumption of business.Unless there are legitimate reasons which are approved by local competent Branch, the period of business suspension referred to in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed one year.
