The Agricultural Wholesale Market Management Regulation Article 25
The wholesaler and her/his assistants shall have identification card (ID) to enter the market for transaction. It is not allowed to authorize others to represent her/him or lend out the ID card to others.The ID card herein before is made and issued uniquely by the market.
