Act on Transactions in Markets of Agricultural Products Article 5
The Central Competent Authority shall monitor and report on international circumstances in agriculture production and marketing, as well as international market prices of agricultural products. Special municipal, county, or city governments shall monitor and report on domestic circumstances of agriculture production and marketing, along with domestic market prices of agricultural products.
