Law:: Act on Transactions in Markets of Agricultural Products
Chinese:: 農產品市場交易法第37條

Anyone falling under any of the following situations shall be subjected to a fine of more than NT$3,000 but less than NT $18,000, and their permits may be canceled if applicable:1.Violating the provisions specified in Paragraph 2, Article 18.2.Violating the provisions specified in Article 21.3.Allowing others to use their distributor’s permit or purchaser’s permit.

中文原文農產品市場交易法第37條

有左列情事之一者，處新臺幣三千元以上一萬八千元以下罰鍰；其領有許可證者，並得廢止許可證︰一、違反第十八條第二項規定者。
二、違反第二十一條規定者。
三、將販運商許可證、承銷人許可證供他人使用者。
