Regulations for Managing and Reviewing Imported Organic Agricultural Products Article 7
The Central Competent Authority shall issue an approval document to the applicant when the applicant passes the imported organic agricultural product review.The approval document mentioned in the previous paragraph shall state the following items:1. The name and address of the importer;2. The name of the foreign operator;3. The name, batch number and package specification of the products;4. The weight or volume of the products;5. The name of the certification body; and6. The number of the approval document.

申請進口有機農產品審查案件經中央主管機關審查通過者，核發同意文件。
前項同意文件，應記載下列事項：
一、進口業者名稱及地址。
二、外國農產品經營者名稱。
三、產品名稱、批號及包裝規格。
四、產品重量或容量。
五、驗證機構名稱。
六、同意文件字號。
