Administrative Regulations for the Field Testing of Transgenic Plants Article 33
In order to ensure safe management of transgenic plants and implement long-term observation of the released transgenic plants, the central competent authority may appoint or entrust an institution possessing testing qualifications and capabilities to perform transgenic plant testing.
