Fertilizer Management Act Article 27
Those who manufacture or import fertilizers in violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 5 shall be subject to a fine of more than one hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars but less than five hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars.Those who has been notified to stop manufacturing or importing fertilizers by a specified time but fail to comply may be imposed consecutive daily fines starting from the date of the notification.

違反第五條第一項規定而製造或輸入肥料者，處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰。
前項經通知限期停止製造或輸入而不從者，得自通知之日起按日連續處罰。
