If any fertilizer suspected of violating the provisions of Articles 5, 14, or 25 is found and needs to be sampled for identification, it shall be sealed first and kept under the custody of the fertilizer operator with an affidativ.The period for identification and verification of the fertilizers sealed mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall not exceed 40 days from the date of discovery.
