Fertilizer Management Act Article 18
Fertilizers with one of the following conditions shall not be displayed or stored for sale or intended for sale:1.Those without a fertilizer registration certificate;2.Those of unknown origins;3.Those not packaged or labeled in compliance with this Act; and4.Those with poor qualities.The term "poor quality" as mentioned in subparagraph 4 of the preceding Paragraph refers to those that do not meet the registered ingredients or the specifications announced in accordance with Article 4.

肥料有下列情形之一者，不得販賣或意圖販賣而陳列、貯藏︰一、未取得肥料登記證者。
二、來源不明者。
三、未依本法之規定包裝、標示者。
四、品質不良者。
前項第四款所稱品質不良，指不符合登記成分或依第四條所訂定公告之規格者。
