The contents of the so-called fertilizer manual mentioned in this regulation shall include brand name, commercial name, raw materials, manufacturing processes, available ingredients, harmful ingredients, other ingredients, the characteristics and properties of the fertilizer, method of application, dosage, and matters needing attentions.
