Regulations for Approving and Supervising Organic Accreditation Bodies Article 7
Upon accepting the accreditation application from an institution, school or legal entity, the accreditation body shall sign the accreditation contract with the applicant who is reviewed eligible according to the accreditation standards in initial assessment procedures to provide certification service, and shall issue the accreditation certificate to the certification body.The accreditation certificate in the above paragraph shall include the following items:1. Name and address of the certification body.2. Name of accreditation standards.3. Scope of accreditation and certification type.4. Areas and countries where the certification activity is allowed to be performed.5. Accreditation certificate number.6. Name of accreditation body.7. Issuing date and valid period.

認證機構受理機構、學校或法人申請認證，經依初次評鑑程序審查具備認證基準所定辦理驗證業務所需之能力者，應與其簽訂認證契約，並發給驗證機構認證證書。
前項認證證書應記載事項如下：
一、驗證機構之名稱及地址。
二、適用之認證基準。
三、認證範圍及驗證方式。
四、得辦理驗證業務之地區、國家。
五、認證證書字號。
六、認證機構名稱。
七、發證日期及認證有效期間。
