Agricultural Development Act Article 4
The related government authorities at each level shall prepare annual administration plans and budgets listing the related projects and actively promote the effective implementation of the Act.The central government shall subsidize the said budgets of the preceding paragraph when necessary.

為期本條例之有效實施，政府各級有關機關應逐年將有關工作，編列年度施政計畫及預算，積極推動。
