Agricultural Development Act Article 30
The competent authorities shall incentivize and support the expansion of operation scale of family farms, and shall prepare funds for subsidization or loan applications.The expansion of operation scale as stated in the preceding paragraph, operation scale may be expanded through organizing Agricultural Production and Marketing Groups, leasing arable lands, contract farming or other modes of farming.
