Organizational Act of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan Article 19
The Council shall establish an accounting office with one (1) director with a rank of grade ten (10) to grade eleven (11). The office shall handle annual budget and accounting affairs in accordance with the law. The remaining necessary working personnel shall be assigned within the personnel quota prescribed herein.

本會設會計室，置會計主任一人，職務列簡任第十職等至第十一職等，依法辦理歲計、會計事項；其餘所需工作人員，就本條例所定員額內派充之。
