Qualification and Criteria Standards for the Employment of Foreign Professionals as Teachers by Short-term Supplementary Learning Centers Article 8
When applying for permits to employ foreign professionals to engage in work prescribed in Article 3, employers shall submit the following documents:1. Application form.2. Copy of the applicant or company representative’s ID, the company registration certificate and permit for specially permitted businesses.3. Copy of the employment contract.4. List of foreign professionals to be employed and copy of their passports or alien resident certificates.5. Original receipt of the review fee.6. Other documents required by the MOL.If the documents referred to in the preceding paragraph are from foreign countries, the MOL may request verification by overseas embassies.

雇主申請聘僱外國專業人才從事第三條所定工作，應備下列文件：
一、申請書。
二、申請人或公司負責人之身分證明文件、公司登記、特許事業許可證等影本。
三、聘僱契約書影本。
四、受聘僱外國專業人才之名冊、護照或外僑居留證影本。
五、審查費收據正本。
六、其他經本部規定之文件。
前項檢附之文件係於國外作成者，本部得要求經我國駐外館處之驗證。
