Regulations for Start-up Assistance for the Unemployed Under Employment Insurance Article 9
The loan recipient business may reapply for the loan during the loan period. However, such reapplication is limited to two additional times.For loan recipient businesses that reapply under the preceding paragraph, the total amount granted across the first, second, and third loans shall not exceed the maximum loan amount specified in each subparagraph of Paragraph 1, Article 7. The same shall apply where the responsible person of the loan recipient business has previously obtained this loan for the same business.If a loan recipient business re-applying for the loan has not changed its responsible person, it shall be exempt from submitting the documents and information specified in Subparagraphs 1 and 7 of Paragraph 1, Article 8.

貸款事業於貸款期間內，得再申請本貸款。

貸款事業依前項規定再申請本貸款者，其首次、第二次及第三次貸款核給金額，合計不得超過第七條第一項各款規定之最高額度。
貸款事業負責人曾以同一事業獲得本貸款者，亦同。
再申請本貸款之事業如未變更負責人，免檢附前條第一項第一款與第七款所定文件及資料。
