The loan limit for this loan shall be determined as follows:1. For businesses that fall under Subparagraph 1 or 2 of the preceding Article, the maximum loan amount shall be NT$2 million.2. For businesses that fall under Subparagraph 3 of the preceding Article, the maximum loan amount shall be NT$500,000.The loan term for each loan shall not exceed seven years. The business that has been granted the loan (hereinafter referred to as the “loan recipient business”) shall repay the principal and interest in equal monthly installments. However, with the consent of the lending financial institution, the MOL may grant a grace period of up to one year during each loan term with only interest payments are required.

本貸款之貸款額度如下：
一、申請事業屬前條第一款或第二款規定者，最高額度為新臺幣二百萬元。
二、申請事業屬前條第三款規定者，最高額度為新臺幣五十萬元。
本貸款每次貸款期間最長七年，經核給貸款之事業（以下簡稱貸款事業）應按月平均攤還本息。
但經承貸金融機構同意，本部得於每次貸款期間內，給予繳息不繳本之寬限期最長一年。
