If a loan application has been reviewed and approved by the Review Committee but is returned by the lending financial institution or the loan amount is adjusted, the MOL may convene a coordination meeting with the lending financial institution, the SMEG, and the responsible person of the loan recipient business to negotiate and resolve the matter.
