Enforcement Rules of Employment Service Law Article 8
The public employment services institutions, when providing employment consultation in accordance with Article 17 of the Act, shall evaluate the physical and psychological conditions, the educational qualifications, working experiences of the person being advised, and provide employment suggestions accordingly; in addition, the said institutions shall assist the disabled for occupational rehabilitation, or, provide employment suggestions and assistance according to their occupation competency and willingness.

公立就業服務機構依本法第十七條規定提供就業諮詢時，應視接受諮詢者之生理、心理狀況及學歷、經歷等條件，提供就業建議；對於身心障礙者，並應協助其參加職業重建，或就其職業能力及意願，給予適當之就業建議與協助。
