(Ⅰ)Any individual who violates Subparagraph 2, 3 or 6 of Paragraph 2 of Article 5, Article 10, Paragraph 1 of Article 36, Article 37, Article 39, Subparagraphs 1, 3, 4, 6, 10 to 17, 19, or 20, Paragraph 1 of Article 40, Subparagraphs 5, 8, or 9 of Article 57 or Paragraph 2 of Article 62 shall be fined an amount of at least NT$60,000 and at most NT$300,000.(Ⅱ)Individuals engaging in employment services businesses without the necessary permit, in violation of Subparagraphs 1, 3, 4,6 or 10, Paragraph 1 of Article 40 shall be punished in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article.

違反第五條第二項第二款、第三款、第六款、第十條、第三十六條第一項、第三十七條、第三十九條、第四十條第一項第一款、第三款、第四款、第六款、第十款至第十七款、第十九款、第二十款、第五十七條第五款、第八款、第九款或第六十二條第二項規定，處新臺幣六萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰。
未經許可從事就業服務業務違反第四十條第一項第一款、第三款、第四款、第六款或第十款規定者，依前項規定處罰之。
