Regulations For Revenues, Expenditures, Safeguard And Utilization Of The Employment Security Fund Article 8
The Fund shall set up a Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) , composed of 19 to 29 members, with a term of 2 years; Minister of MOL shall chair the Committee; MOL shall appoint other committee members from the following persons:1.One representative from Department of the Interior, Health and Welfare, and Labor, Executive Yuan.2.Two representatives from Ministry of Labor.3.One representative from Ministry of Finance.4.One representative from Ministry of Economic Affairs.5.One representative from Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics of the Executive Yuan.6.One representative from National Development Council, Executive Yuan.7.Three representatives from the Municipal City or County (City) Authorities.8.Two to five representatives from the labor trade unions.9.Two to five representatives from the employers groups.10.Four to eight experts and intellectuals.Neither gender should occupy less than one-third of the seats of the Committee.All the members of the Committee are pro bono services.

本基金應設就業安定基金管理會（以下簡稱本會），置委員十九人至二十九人，任期二年，其中一人為召集人，由勞動部部長兼任之；其餘由勞動部就下列人員聘兼之：
一、行政院內政衛福勞動處代表一人。
二、勞動部代表二人。
三、財政部代表一人。
四、經濟部代表一人。
五、行政院主計總處代表一人。
六、國家發展委員會代表一人。
七、直轄市或縣（市）政府代表三人。
八、勞工團體代表二人至五人。
九、雇主團體代表二人至五人。
十、專家、學者四人至八人。
本會委員任一性別比例不得少於三分之一。
本會委員及派兼人員，均為無給職。
一、行政院內政衛福勞動處代表一人。
二、勞動部代表二人。
三、財政部代表一人。
四、經濟部代表一人。
五、行政院主計總處代表一人。
六、國家發展委員會代表一人。
