Fee-charging Standards for Application Review Under "Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals" by Ministry of Labor Article 2
Applications made to the Ministry of Labor for the following permits according to the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals (hereinafter “the Act”) are subject to a review fee:1. Employment permit or its extension set out in Article 5 of the Act.2. The artistic work permit or its extension set out in Article 10 of the Act.3. Permits set out in Article 11 of the Act.4. Work permit set out in Article 15 of the Act.

依外國專業人才延攬及僱用法（以下簡稱本法）向勞動部申請下列許可者，應繳納審查費：
一、本法第五條所定聘僱許可或展延聘僱許可。
二、本法第十條所定藝術工作許可或展延許可。
三、本法第十一條所定許可。
四、本法第十五條所定工作許可。
