Regulations Governing the Incentives for the Promotion of Employment of Middle-Aged and Elderly Persons Article 10
If a participant has any of the following circumstances within two years before the registration deadline, during the evaluation period or within two years after winning the award, the competent authority may revoke or disqualify the participant’s participation or winning of the award, and shall order the said participant to return the award money within the deadline:1. The participant submitted forged, altered, untruthful or ineffective information;2. The participant has violated the requirement set forth herein; or3. The participant has violated any labor related law or regulation and the violation is serious.

參選者於報名截止日前二年內、審查期間及獲獎後二年內，有下列情形之一，主管機關得撤銷或廢止其參選或獲獎資格，並應限期命其返還已頒發之獎金：

三、其他違反相關勞動法令，情節重大。
