In order to carry out work related to the employment and management of personnel detailed in Article 2, the competent authority can request that relevant agencies, organizations, legal entities, or individuals provide the necessary information.Within the scope required to perform statutory duties related to the employment and management of personnel detailed in Article 2, the central competent authority for the target industry can ask the competent authority to provide relevant information such as a list of personnel permitted to work under Article 2.The retention, processing and use of information obtained by the competent authority and the central competent authority for the target industry in accordance with regulations detailed in the preceding two paragraphs will be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
