Management and Approval Regulations for Hong Kong and Macao Residents with Overseas Compatriot Identity Article 10
If the employer need to continue the employment, within 60-day period prior to the expiration of employment permit, the employer should prepare the following documents for filing the application for employment permit extension from the Competent Authorities:1. Application form for employment permit extension2. The original employment permit issued by the Competent Authorities3. The health checkup certificate of the employed person within the latest three months4. Contract of labor or employment.5. Original of the receipt for examination fee.6. Other documents as may be required by the Competent Authorities.If all the entries in preceding paragraph are met, the Competent Authorities should issue the permit of working extension.

聘僱許可有效期限屆滿日前六十日期間內，雇主如有繼續聘僱之必要者，應檢具下列文件，向主管機關申請展延聘僱許可：
一、展延聘僱申請書。
二、主管機關原核發聘僱許可文件。
三、最近三個月內該受聘僱人健康檢查合格證明。
四、勞動契約或僱傭契約。
五、審查費收據正本。
六、其他經主管機關規定之文件。
前項申請經許可者，主管機關應核發展延聘僱許可。
一、展延聘僱申請書。
二、主管機關原核發聘僱許可文件。
