Law:: Regulations on the Work Permit and Administration of Foreign Professionals Engaging in Arts and Performing Arts
Chinese:: 外國專業人才從事藝術工作許可及管理辦法第13條

Should any of the following occur, the ministry shall revoke and annul the work permit or extension thereof, for a foreign professional:1. Any of the provisions prescribed in Article 5.2. Any violation of the standards set forth in accordance with the Regulations.

外國專業人才有下列情事之一者，本部應撤銷、廢止其工作許可或展延工作許可：
一、有第五條各款規定情形之一。
二、其他不符本辦法之規定。
