Regulations on the Work Permit and Administration of Foreign Professionals Engaging in Arts and Performing Arts Article 11
An additional attachment as part of the application for a foreign professional’s work permit to engage in artistic work is not required when it is issued by government institutions or state-owned enterprises and available for search on the Internet.The above-mentioned document shall be announced by the ministry.

外國專業人才申請藝術工作許可之應備文件中，有經政府機關（構）或國營事業機構開具之證明文件，且得由本部自網路查知者，得免附。
