Review Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreign Workers Engaged in Work Specified in Subparagraphs 8 to 10, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Employment Service Act Article 5
Work designated by the Central Competent Authority in accordance with Subparagraph 10, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Act includes the following responsibilities:1. Manufacturing work: Direct involvement in the manufacture of manufacturing industry products or related manual work.2. Outreach manufacturing work: Dispatched by an employer to an outreach manufacturing service contract work location to engage directly in the manufacture of manufacturing industry products or related manual work.3. Construction work: Direct involvement in construction work or related manual work at a construction site or related location.4. Slaughterhouse work: Direct involvement in slaughterhouse work or related manual work.5. Outreach agricultural work: Dispatched by an employer to an outreach agriculture service contract work location to engage directly in agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry or aquaculture work or related manual work6. Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry or aquaculture work: Direct involvement in agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry or aquaculture work, or related manual work at agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry or aquaculture work locations.7. Diverse companionship service work: An individual is sent by an employer to a contracted diverse companionship care services location to directly provide daily care to those who are disabled or sick, in the form of companionship or related physical work.8. Waste and resource recycling and processing work:Engaging in tasks related to the storage, sorting, dismantling, separation, handling, movement, loading and unloading, crushing, screening, or other related physical activities pertaining to waste materials at waste recycling and processing sites (plants).9. Other work designated by the Central Competent Authority.

中央主管機關依本法第四十六條第一項第十款規定指定之工作，其工作內容如下：
一、製造工作：直接從事製造業產品製造或與其有關之體力工作。
二、外展製造工作：受雇主指派至外展製造服務契約履行地，直接從事製造業產品製造或與其有關之體力工作。
三、營造工作：在營造工地或相關場所，直接從事營造工作或與其有關之體力工作。
四、屠宰工作：直接從事屠宰工作或與其有關之體力工作。
五、外展農務工作：受雇主指派至外展農務服務契約履行地，直接從事農、林、牧、養殖漁業工作或與其有關之體力工作。
六、農、林、牧或養殖漁業工作：在農、林、牧場域或養殖場，直接從事農、林、牧、養殖漁業工作或與其有關之體力工作。
七、多元陪伴照顧服務工作：受雇主指派至多元陪伴照顧服務契約履行地，直接從事身心障礙者或病患之日常生活照顧、陪伴或與其有關之體力工作。
八、廢棄物及資源物回收處理工作：在廢棄物回收處理場（廠）區，從事廢棄物貯存、分類、拆解、分選、搬運、移動、裝卸、破碎、篩分或與其有關之體力工作。
九、其他經中央主管機關指定之工作。
