Qualifications and Criteria Standards for Foreigners Undertaking the Jobs Specified Under Subparagraph 1 to 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act Article 48
The Standards shall take effect from the day of promulgation.Article 15 of the Standards amended on January 29, 2010 will take effect from January 29, 2015; amendments announced on October 25, 2021 will take effect from October 25, 2021; and amendments announced on April 29, 2022 will take effect from April 30, 2022.
